Changed my life too, Lisa! And it's so hard to explain to people why, because it addresses things that happen BEFORE you embark on your creative endeavor. It's so subtle but effective.

Thank you for reading, Sheridan! I think our limiting beliefs change over time, too. Right now, the "getting ready to get ready" one but never actually executing is the one I have to overcome.

I agree…as soon as we outgrow one limiting belief, there’s another waiting in the wings 😆 The good thing is we can use our past experiences with limiting beliefs to move through our current ones.

Great article - the only comment I would have is regarding your assertion in your unproven theory that 100% of the 20% are writers. I would just add - or related to writers as it does seem to run in the family ;)
